Bharatiya Postal Employees Federation (BPEF) is not the part of 2nd September 2016 one day strike because the discussion between Government and B.M.S. is in very good position. Order of Bonus & Gratuity to NPS and fixation of minimum wage to Contract labourer are example and out come of discussion and 29th August Dharna on Jatnar Mantar New Delhi . I hope that we will get success to change the minimum pay 18000/- to 24000/-. 

With Constant Efforts of BMS leaders 9 out of 12 point charter of demands were accepted by GOI.
