Bharatiya Postal Employees’ Federation is the only nationalist Union in Postal Department. This union is engaged in betterment of the country and employees since its inception.
Postal Department is India’s largest network in the sector of Information, Banking and e-Commerce. It is reaching out through almost the land across Hill area-Forest-rivers and plain of this country through its offices more than 1.5 lakh.
Thus became the third largest employer of this country. More than 4.5 lakh employee works for the department. From the British era this department serves the nation and make proud the Government of India. Though the sector is headed by Independent Ministry, the employees are more neglected one.
In this sector work is huge but the amenities for the employee is less. Despite of running in loss of revenue in recent fiscal years, this department found its new path in the promises of the Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Damodardas Modi ji.
To overcome various problems of postal employees and to way out the same, Bharatiya Postal Employees’ Federation emerged, keeping in mind the main theme “Nationalise the Labour, Labourise the Industry and Industrialize the Nation”.
